I always found it somehow meaningful that the English building on Texas Tech’s campus, is unnecessarily huge (having classes on the 3rd floor is always a pain with that building - you either go up unnecessarily excessive flights of stairs or wait for the elevator. Ugh.) - the math and science buildings are far more efficiently built. Liberal arts. Pfft.
